What happens when I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade anytime — mid-cycle, no penalties. Your data and configurations carry forward. Downgrade at renewal with 30 days notice.
Is my data kept in Australia?
Yes. All TrustLens data is hosted on AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Your data never leaves Australia unless you configure cross-border processing.
How does annual billing work?
Pay annually and save 17%. AI Growth drops from A$5,988 to A$4,990/yr. AI Professional drops from A$18,000 to A$16,490/yr. Monthly billing available on all plans.
What's included in the Enterprise plan?
